5 Stars on Amazon Review: "After reading the author's previous two books, I was looking forward to Mike's first entry into the 'thriller' section. Still has the rises and falls of the business world but also now includes the dark underworld of crime, blackmail etc. I won't spoil the punch line but it keeps you engrossed right to the end to find out what happens. Would recommend. Roll on Book Number 4.

I absolutely love the ending of the book - the author gives you the choice of two endings and his email address to submit your preference. Great idea that the author is interacting with his readers. But my favourite of the stories was Gone. Full of twists and turns throughout, which made it a gripping read. I literally couldn't put it down. The mix of home life, business and serious crime, all setting in Norfolk made a really intriguing combination."

My method of checking if I will be able to read a book, is to read the first 1 or 2 pages, maximum, first, if something doesn't register or get me excited, then I don't bother. To date, I have read all of Mike Upton's books and (whilst I know it is a cliché) have always found myself not wanting to put any of them down until I have finished them. I take them with me on hols and to work. Looking forward to Mikes next book. The only problem Mike has, is that he will have to keep writing and keep me in books until I retire!"
